General Shipping Info
- I generally ship with USPS standard shipping. Priority shipping will be used if the package weighs more than 1 lb.
- My fulfillment window is on average 4-7 days. I do my best to stick to that but sometimes it can go over a day or two. Please reach out if you need it sooner than later.
Made to Order Products (Apparel)
The apparel items in my shop are made to order to reduce waste and may be shipped directly to you from one of my manufacturers. This means there can be up to 8 days before those items ship. But anything coming from my studio will ship out in the standard window.
What Ships Free & Non-tracked items
Certain items will ship for free on their own (domestic-only). These are: postcard prints, bookmarks, and stickers. This does NOT include tracking if it fits in a standard envelope. If the non-tracked items don't arrive within 2 weeks, please let me know and I can look into it and replace if needed.
International shipping
I prefer to use UPS for international shipping but have other options available during checkout that you can select. If by chance you are charged more than is required for shipping, you will be refunded the difference.
We also do not cover any customs fees or duties. Those will be the responsibility of the customer.
Re: problems with international shipping - If my website says it cannot ship to your address, please reach out to me to double check that this is accurate. Otherwise I do have some products on Etsy that should be able to handle international orders. Visit the Etsy shop here.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Depending on the item, I will allow for returns, replacement, or refund. Replacements will require shipping costs to be covered by the customer unless it was an error made by me or something was wrong with the product before shipping out.
Since I am a small one-person shop, and some products being made-to-order, it will be on a case-by-case basis. But please reach out either way.
If there was an error or damage to the item (not shipping related), I will 100% replace or try to amend the situation. A NOTE ON DECKS: If you are missing cards or a card was misprinted in one of my tarot decks, please let me know via the contact form and I can send you a replacement card(s).
If the item is damaged due to shipping or does not arrive, you will have to file a claim with USPS. Again, as a small shop, I can't afford to lose money for things that happened once they leave my hands. But I will work with you in getting a heavily discounted replacement or something else that is satisfactory.
FAQs
Can I get this Art Print in a different size?
If you would like a different size on a print in my store, please reach out via the contact form and I will do my best to arrange a custom order for you. These will be made to order and take longer than the average order.
The Lighted Window Tarot
There are two versions of the Lighted Window Tarot with some differences between the two. The first version is SOLD OUT. The second version is what I have in stock and is updated with new card backs and a redesigned outer box. The card art and content of the guidebook are the same.
- Since the deck comes sealed from the printer, very rarely there are misprints that I am unaware of. If you purchased a deck with a misprint or missing cards, please reach out and let me know.

All art and products that I design are 100% owned by me. Therefore reproducing the art or designs without my permission is prohibited. However I am happy to license artwork I create - just reach out to me through the contact form for more information. I am also available for freelance projects.
